Although I am up half a pound my clothes are surprising feeling looser.. a good friend reminded me that I could be building some muscle since I started rebounding and to just go with how I feel. I am feeling good.
But I won't let the half pound I gained set me back.. I will continue to livestrong, rebound and just live my life as best as I know how.

Back to shedding the pounds (at least for the next 3 weeks!) .... That is going to be hard for me to deal with.. but I have to keep going.

Week 3 weigh in... 201lbs :(
I hope by next week I`ll be down my `women pounds`and then some... oh well... I`ll have to deal with this every three weeks - not so great for my confidence in seeing the number go down on the scale... but I`m not quitting.... not yet. That white bikini is what keeps me going...

Then I tried just jogging on the spot... l was definitely able to get my heart rate up.. but I found the 'pounding' was really hard on my knees. So I have started 'rebounding' ~ and I love it! I started Sunday night.. then Monday night.. It really gets my heart rate up, it's easy on my joints and most importantly IT'S FUN! You can check out here .
Well needless to say adding some carido seems to be working! Final weight in week two: 198.5lbs ... that is a loss of 2.5lbs! Yay me!
