Our life: Updated!

We've been sooo busy here... just the regular stuff... 4 kids, 1 home schooled, 1 little man, 1 toddler and a super cute almost 5 month old (5 months already??) Here is just one sentence and *one* picture of what we've been up to:

Ava was treated to dinner and a night out to the theatre to see Cinderella (the musical) with her Nanny



Gracie's hair is growing ~ yay! (that is monumental in our home.. "Grace where is your hair?" "I dunno!"


Ready! Set! Lets go outside... it's soooo nice out!

Week huhhh?

Well not sure if anyone out there has even notice but I have not been tracking/blogging my weeks for weight-loss.. that is because I have come to a stand still. Good? Bad? Not sure.. but life has just taken over my life? Does that even make sense? It does in my world.. and really people that's all that matters! The weather has been sooo fantastic here... so that means the kids and I have been out to the park, going to walks and just being outside more and more. Spring also marks a busy time of organizing all my materials for next year schooling. What curriculum am I going to purchase? What do I want to add to it? What do I want to take away from it? We've also been looking closer at what we want to the kids to be involved in for extra curricular activities. That has been a big topic around our house lately ~ not bad.. good talking.

So back to my 'weight-loss' journey.. I am happy to report I haven't gained, but I also haven't lost. I haven't exercised consistently and I haven't been recording what I am eating (but once you do it for a few weeks you pretty much get the idea of what and how much you can eat).

I will be ending for weight-loss tracking weekly (for now) on the side bar of my blog but I will up date it when I see fit.. get it fit!! haaa haa! I cracked myself up!

Week 7: Weighing In

ugh... this is the week that I can not avoid... something I will 'experience' until menopause!

I've been eating well and I have been able to stick to my calories.. what I have been 'struggling' with is getting my rebounding in. Pretty much the only time of day that I can exercise without interruptions is in the evening. And not that I mind working out in the evening because it gives me a bit more energy... and then I just crash and go to bed (I TOTALLY) don't have trouble sleeping! However lately we have been busy in the evenings... friends and family over for dinners and visits, Jay has been working late which leaves me to put the kids to bed (and keep them in bed) and just 'life'.

What I have come to realize is that at my age (35) *sigh* and my body type I NEED to exercise if I want to reach my goal weight. I feel better too when I am working out.. I just feels right.
