The update.. I'm not doing it anymore.. ok.. there you have it.. I "decided" to not continue with the video. It is a great video.. but FOR ME.. I became overwhelmed with doing the shred EVERYDAY.. plus running 3-4 times a week.. that's a lot to fit in.. that is a part time job right there!
I am still glad I bought it and that I have it.. when/if I go through a running slump I will pop it in forsure just to keep in shape.
