On day four of the 30 Day Shred by Jullian Michaels I still hate it! I definitely think it's all in my head.. I really dislike workout videos.. I've done them in the past and didn't see results. MIND YOU I never stuck to them either.. so I guess that's why they never worked! What has worked for me is running.. still running but I have added the shred.
That's it.. that' my "exercise" update.. stay tuned.. I hope to post some positive before and after measurements....
